MEET LYNSEY

I’m Lynsey, the founder of Grit. Fitness, a space built around the people who show up and put in the work every day.


Fitness has never been about perfection for me. It’s about resilience. Showing up on hard days, un-learning the limits you’ve placed on yourself, and discovering just how strong you really are. It’s about building strength that carries into real life, not just the gym. After 26 years of coaching, I’ve seen firsthand the impact that strength training and a positive, supportive atmosphere can have in helping people transform physically, mentally, and far beyond the gym.


Grit. Fitness was created with deep pride in the community it serves. The people inside this space are always at the center of it all, and I feel a strong responsibility to deliver something they can believe in and be proud of. Every detail of Grit is intentional, designed to reflect strength, grit, and the collective energy of the community itself.


My coaching style is no-nonsense, deeply personal, and rooted in empathy and experience. I’m passionate about meeting people where they are, pushing them to discover what they’re capable of, and creating an environment where everyone feels supported—no matter their starting point.


My vision is simple: to build a space, a standard, and a community that never lets its people down. If you’re here, you belong. And I’ll be right there—guiding, challenging, and reminding you that strength is built together.
