We use a variety of equipment to keep training fun, challenging, and effective, including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, sleds, battle ropes, air bikes, sandbags, plyo boxes, SkiErg, rowing machines, and bodyweight training.
The result is a truly unique workout experience unlike any other.
MEET LYNSEY
I’m Lynsey, the founder of Grit Fitness, built for the people who show up and put in the work. For me, fitness has never been about perfection. It’s about resilience, real-life strength, and discovering what you’re capable of, especially on the hard days. After 26 years of coaching, I’ve seen how strength training and a supportive community can change people physically and mentally, far beyond the gym. I created Grit with deep pride in the community it serves, with every detail designed to reflect the strength and energy inside these walls.
My coaching is no-nonsense, personal, and rooted in empathy. I’ll meet you where you are, push you safely forward,
and make sure you feel supported at every step. If you’re here,
