At our core, Grit is a strength training program, with endurance, power, and mobility built into the week so you feel strong, athletic, conditioned, and mobile. Our goal is for you to feel incredible in and out of the gym.

CLASS FORMAT

Classes run about 50 minutes and are structured to get the most out of every session. 

Warm-Up (3–5 minutes)


Coaching + Movement Breakdown (3–5 minutes)


Workout (35–40 minutes)


Optional Cool Down (5–10 minutes)

Training Tools We Use

We use a variety of equipment to keep training fun, challenging, and effective, including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, sleds, battle ropes, air bikes, sandbags, plyo boxes, SkiErg, rowing machines, and bodyweight training.


The result is a truly unique, coach-led workout experience that you won’t find anywhere else in the area.
